On August 30, the Fifth Small Lecturer Volunteer Training Course of the "All-round Small Militia" Series of Educational Activities in the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River was successfully completed. In the performance, the children were full of spirit, smiling, and not afraid to play bamboo boards on the stage, offering a wonderful Allegro performance for the vast number of tourists.

After intensive preparations in the early stage, the well-received volunteer training course for small lecturers was held at 9:00 a.m. on August 27 in the primary school attached to Hefei Normal University. Two senior lecturers were selected from our library to start a four-day training course with 49 primary school students. Training courses include "Etiquette Knowledge", "Oral Movement", "Fast Class Word Analysis" and so on. Training breaks the traditional mode of explanation, in the form of Allegro, supplemented by catchy explanations, presents a new mode of explanation, so that pupils can better understand the charm of explanation.

In addition to the Allegro performances, the small commentators also brought wonderful talent shows to tourists, Latin dance, zither, guitar, cucurbit flute, recitation and so on, and won applause.

Since 2014, the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River, relying on the rich red cultural resources in the museum, has launched a training course for small lecturers with special characteristics. The training course has been carefully prepared, including body, etiquette, Putonghua, one-to-one on-site explanation and other aspects, and is scheduled to be held during the summer vacation every year. The volunteer training course for small lecturers is the second classroom of quality education for students, which gives full play to its educational guidance function. Through targeted training, it strengthens the students'understanding of revolutionary history, stimulates their sense of national pride and historical mission, and enhances their oral expression and body language. To cultivate students'social practice ability, innovation ability, self-reliance ability and so on.
