On the morning of January 22, in order to ensure the safe, stable and orderly opening of the two pavilions during the Spring Festival, the Management Office of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River (Anhui Hall of Fame) held a staff meeting to arrange and deploy the work of safe production during the Spring Festival holidays.

At the meeting, Yang Shengbing, the secretary and director of the branch of the management office, emphasized that the Cross River Campaign Memorial Hall and the Anhui Celebrity Hall are important window units of the city's cultural and tourism system, and safety and stability are the top priority of all work. All cadres and employees should enhance their political stance, strengthen their sense of responsibility, raise their ideological awareness, strengthen their awareness of safety and stability, clarify their responsibilities, implement measures, strictly implement safety production work without slackening, and effectively prevent accidents before they occur. Adhere to the concept of "life first, safety first" to ensure the safe and stable operation of the two museums during the Spring Festival. 

Deputy Director Lu Wenju made detailed arrangements for the work during the Spring Festival period, requiring all departments to compare relevant requirements, prioritize the investigation and rectification of hidden dangers, and focus on details and implementation. At the same time, it is necessary to further improve the emergency plan for safety production, strictly implement the on duty, leadership on duty system, and information reporting system. 

After the meeting, Director Yang Shengbing led a team to conduct a safety inspection. The inspection team conducted a comprehensive and thorough investigation of the exhibition halls, computer rooms, micro fire stations, power distribution rooms, and other areas of the two museums. We focused on checking whether the fire protection facilities and security equipment are intact and effective, whether the electrical equipment is operating normally, and whether there are any safety hazards in the building facilities. For the problems found during the inspection, records were made on site, and the responsible person and deadline for rectification were identified to ensure timely resolution of the issues.

The safety production work meeting and safety inspection made all the staff of the management office more aware of the importance of safety production, enhanced the sense of safety responsibility, standardized safety behavior, eliminated potential safety hazards, consolidated the safety production foundation of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River and the Anhui Hall of Fame during the Spring Festival, and created a safe, comfortable and peaceful environment for tourists.
