Since 2015, under the correct leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and Government, and under the specific guidance of the Civilization Office in the urban area, the Crossing of the Yangtze River Campaign Memorial Hall has always adhered to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping Theory and the important thought of the "Three Represents", deeply implemented the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's series of speeches, actively participated in the activities of creating a national civilized city in Hefei, and taken innovative services as the main line, improving public satisfaction as the goal, and carrying out the work of creating civilized units in Hefei with a high spirited and pragmatic work style, effectively enhancing the overall civilization level of the memorial hall. 1、 Grasp mechanisms and strengthen organizational leadership

To effectively strengthen the organizational leadership of spiritual civilization construction work, the memorial hall attaches great importance to it and lists the creation of civilization as an important project. In terms of internal management, the first step is to achieve good organizational leadership, with the leadership team taking the lead in promoting learning, politics, and righteousness, uniting and advancing, exploring and innovating, and establishing and improving the existing management system. The system is strictly implemented in the museum, and specialized learning on environmental protection system, hygiene system, and 24 character socialist core values, three commemorative days, and other knowledge is carried out in the museum. Earnestly carry out education activities to maintain the progressiveness of the Communist Party members, carry out activities such as reviewing the oath of joining the Party, and lecture on Party lessons. The main leaders of the museum lecture on Party lessons under the theme of "the power of belief", which has caused great repercussions.
