On the morning of May 12, the volunteer assessment of Anhui Hall of Fame was held in the conference room on the third floor. 34 volunteers from the first grade of Hefei 168 Middle School participated in the assessment. 

It was drizzling in the morning. Before the opening time, the volunteers from 168 Middle School came to the front of the museum early and waited. The volunteers were enthusiastic about their service. After entering the museum, Bao Guanghui, a teacher from the Ministry of Social Education, led the volunteers to the conference room on the third floor. While signing in, we let Lin Yunling, an outstanding volunteer who passed the first phase of the examination, share her experience and experience with you. 

 This assessment is mainly to assess the preparatory work, etiquette, communication skills and emergency response of the lecturer volunteers. The social education teachers at the assessment site pointed out the advantages and disadvantages for the volunteers, let the volunteers learn the etiquette of the lecturer's appearance, gesture, hand position, standing posture and walking posture, and understand the ability and quality that the lecturer should possess. 

After strict training and assessment, the volunteers explained clearly and fluently. When explaining different characters, they also interspersed his life story and interesting stories, which attracted many tourists to follow closely and listen carefully. They were highly praised by the tourists on the spot. 

The participation of lecturer volunteers has shortened the distance between our library and 168 middle schools, further strengthened the co-construction of libraries and schools, and injected new vitality into our library's explanation work. This assessment training enables volunteers to have a deeper understanding and understanding of the explanation work, strengthens their confidence in being competent for the explanation work, further promotes them to enter the role quickly, and lays a foundation for the smooth development of the volunteer explanation work in the future.
