In order to further implement the instructions given by Ling Yun, Deputy Secretary of the Municipal Party Committee, and Luo Ping, Director of the Municipal Bureau of Culture, Radio, Film and Television, on August 19, 2015, during the investigation and preparation work for the opening of the Anhui Hall of Fame, the Anhui Hall of Fame organized a fire rescue and emergency evacuation drill on August 31, 2015. The drill developed a detailed plan based on the Anhui Hall of Fame's fire emergency plan and provided targeted fire rescue knowledge training to the participants. To ensure the effectiveness of the exercise, the Anhui Hall of Fame invited the construction unit, the municipal key bureau, the supervision unit, and the fire construction unit to participate together, and also invited two officers from the Baohe Fire Brigade in the jurisdiction, Wang Xinkai and Wang Can, to provide on-site guidance.

At exactly 2pm, the exercise officially began. Suddenly, a fire broke out in the 3D cinema where the screening was taking place, and the fire protection facilities inside the cinema quickly activated. According to the drill procedure, each group is responsible for their own duties. Volunteer firefighters arrive at the scene as soon as possible to carry out self rescue, exhibition hall and cinema staff actively evacuate visitors, and the rescue team is fully committed to rescuing the injured as soon as possible. The exercise completed the scheduled exercise content within the specified time and achieved the expected results. It also exposed issues such as the inability of smoke exhaust equipment to automatically turn on, lack of coordination among teams, and inadequate attitude of some participants. After the exercise, the Anhui Hall of Fame conducted a careful summary and sorted out various problems that existed during the exercise.

Fire safety is the top priority of venue safety production work. Through this fire drill, the Anhui Hall of Fame's ability to respond to emergencies has been further improved. The fire safety facilities inside the embassy have been tested in actual combat, and the fire safety awareness of all employees and the ability of various departments to coordinate and cooperate with each other have been further enhanced during the drill. The whole museum will take this exercise as an opportunity to further improve the level of safety management and strive to create a safe and harmonious visiting environment.

The official opening of the Anhui Hall of Fame is imminent, and various preparatory work is being carried out in an orderly manner. With the help of professional technical personnel from the Municipal Cultural Center, the eighth exhibition hall - Huihuang Art Garden conducted testing and debugging of sound and lighting effects, and put forward rectification suggestions. After its official opening, Huihuang Art Garden will also hold regular local opera performances, and digital think tanks, traditional Chinese studies lectures, 3D cinemas, and reading areas will be prepared. After opening to the public, various themed activities will be held in conjunction with primary and secondary schools throughout the city. The Anhui Hall of Fame will take it as its responsibility to continuously meet the cultural needs of the public, gradually supplement and improve the equipment and facilities in various functional areas of the museum, and provide safe and high-quality visiting activities for tourists.
