On the morning of June 23, the unveiling ceremony of "Patriotic Education Base" and "Education and Teaching Practice Base" jointly built by the Management Office of the Memorial Hall of the Battle of Crossing the Yangtze River (Anhui Hall of Fame) and the History College of Anhui University was held in the Anhui Hall of Fame. At the unveiling ceremony, Sheng Xianfeng, Dean of History College of Anhui University, and Cheng Hong, Director of Management Department, delivered speeches successively. The two sides jointly said that the Anhui Hall of Fame has a deep relationship with Anhui University, and Liu Wendian, the first president of Anhui University, is an important historical celebrity displayed in the Anhui Hall of Fame, which provides a historical link for the two educational bases. In line with the principle of co-construction and sharing, the two sides will give full play to the advantages of cultural resources of museums and the functions of professional education in Colleges and universities, carry out efficient and pragmatic cooperation in personnel exchange and training, curriculum development, academic research and joint exhibitions, build a bridge of "cooperation between museums and schools", and work together to disseminate excellent traditional Chinese culture and promote the integration of teaching, learning and research.

Subsequently, Zhou Shizhen, Secretary of the Party Committee of the School of History at Anhui University, and Cheng Hong, Director of the Management Department of the Crossing the Yangtze River Memorial Hall (Anhui Celebrity Hall), jointly unveiled the plaques for the "Patriotic Education Base" and "Education and Teaching Practice Base". Sheng Xianfeng, Dean of the School of History at Anhui University, presented employment guidance mentor appointment letters to Cheng Hong, Director of the Management Department, and Lu Wenju, Deputy Director.

Also attending the unveiling ceremony were Professor Wei Guofeng, Vice Dean of the School of History at Anhui University, Professor Zhu Zhengye, Head of Chinese History, Professor Zhang Aibing, Head of Archaeology, Professor Zhang Jinxian, Head of Discipline Construction, Chen Yajun, Party Committee Member and Secretary, student counselors, and some college students.

After the ceremony, the college visited the Anhui Hall of Fame.
